Nancy graduated from Rollins College with an A.B., cum laude, in English and History. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Mercer University. After obtaining her law degree, Nancy received her Masters of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1995. Nancy was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 1994, and has been practicing in Naples, Florida for over twenty years.

While in law school, Nancy was a member of, and had two articles published by, the Mercer University Law Review. She graduated second in her class and was recognized as the outstanding female graduate, receiving the National Association of Women Lawyer’s Award. While obtaining her Master of Laws in Taxation, Nancy was a graduate Editor of the University of Florida Tax Review. During college, Nancy was a four year varsity letterman in rowing (and team captain), and majored in both History and English.

Nancy maintains a transactional law practice concentrated in the areas estate planning, probate and trust administration. Since 2001, Nancy has been Certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning.

Nancy enjoys both the both the intellectual challenge and the personal nature of her practice, and she strives to be sympathetic legal counselor. Nancy was raised in Naples, and enjoys the outdoors, yoga and volunteering at her son’s school.
